:: the honeymoon  |  :: day 1  |  :: day 2  |  ::day 3  |  :: day 4  |  :: day 5  |  ::day 6  |  :: day 7  |  :: day 8   :: holiday @ Cairns - Day 4 Day 4 - White Water Rush Saturday 20th September 6.30am bus picked us up from Central Plaza to go WHITE WATER RAFTING! That was F-U-N. Arrived at Townsville Tully River Rapids and rafted 12km's along the river. We got stuck on a few rocks and almost fell out a few times, but what a joy ride. We stopped and had a sausage sizzle lunch. YUMMY. Left the rivers at 5pm and drove the winding roads back to Cairns, where we saw mountains so high it 'literally' touched the sky. Arrived home at 7pm again. Totally buggered but satisfied with the experience.
